ProLatex Ltd. takes responsibility for the proper delivery of all goods ordered online through this site, based on the following terms & conditions:

Prices & Currency

All orders have to be prepaid to ProLatex Ltd. based on prevailing published retail rates. All prices for Latexa articles featured online are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and payment transactions are processed in £, unless other arrangements have been approved by the ProLatex Ltd. management (on request).
For comparison with other currencies, we recommend to consult the FX Converter. The posted prices are exclusive of shipping costs and potential local import duties, where such charges may apply.

Liability & Risk

While making every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and up to date, ProLatex Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any consequential loss or damage caused by errors on this site.
We would - of course - much appreciate it if you let us know about any mistakes our customers may come across.
The ordered goods are delivered to the buyer when Latexa GmbH makes them available to the customer without regard to any quoted delivery date. ProLatex Ltd. may arrange the delivery of goods at its discretion by instalments in any sequence. ProLatex Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under the contract caused by factors outside its control.

ProLatex Ltd. assures secure online purchasing through the latest secure socket layer (SSL) technology. All information you provide is encrypted for your protection. For security reasons we do not keep your card details on record. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 7 (seven) days of placing it. Such cancellations are subject to a 20% administration charge to cover administrative and production costs. A refund of the balance will be arranged according our refund policy posted under “Delivery & Returns”.
The above terms & conditions do not affect the statutory UK rights of the buyer, who consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts on all matters regarding any purchases from ProLatex Ltd.
